Practice as a barrister of the Victorian Bar. Areas of practice include administrative law, commercial and corporations law, equity and trusts, taxation, insurance, contracts, professional negligence, transport accident and accident compensation law.

Position involved assistance in numerous commercial matters, and in particular the dispute brought by many thousands of villagers against OK Tedi Mining Limited and the Broken Hill Proprietary Company Limited.
